Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Titan Software z.s. for using Titan Logs.
Version 2026-09-05 · Applies to the Titan Logs service
1. Who this is between
These terms are between you (or the organization you act for) and Titan Software z.s., zapsaný spolek (registered association), Ametystová 702/46, 153 00 Praha, Česká republika, IČO 29738725. Contact: [email protected].
They take effect when you accept them in the product, and apply to the free tier as well as to paid plans.
2. What Titan Logs is
Titan Logs receives structured log events from your FiveM servers over an API, stores them for the retention period of your plan, and lets members of your organization search, stream and export them. It is an operational logging tool, not an anti-cheat, a moderation service, or a system of record for anything you are legally required to retain.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.
- You sign in through your Titan Software account (Titan Auth). Keeping that account secure is your responsibility.
- You are responsible for what the members of your organization do, and for the roles you give them.
- Ingest credentials are shown once when created and stored only as a hash. If you lose one, create a new one and revoke the old one; we cannot recover it.
4. Your log data
You keep all rights in the data you send us. We use it only to provide the service to you: we do not sell it, mine it, share it between organizations, or train models on it.
Because that data describes real people — your players — you are the data controller for it and we are your processor. The terms governing that relationship are in the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of this agreement. In particular, you confirm that you have a lawful basis for logging your players and that you have told them, as required by the GDPR.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send data you have no lawful basis to collect, or that you know to be unlawful to store.
- Deliberately exceed the documented rate or size limits, or otherwise degrade the service for other customers.
- Attempt to reach another organization's data, or to bypass authentication, authorization or rate limiting.
- Resell access to the service, or share ingest credentials with third parties.
- Use Titan Logs to build a profile of an individual for a purpose unrelated to operating your own server.
Security research is welcome. Please use our responsible-disclosure process rather than testing against other customers' data.
6. Plans, limits and billing
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through your Titan Software account, not inside Titan Logs. Prices, taxes, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms are presented to you there before you buy, and the right of withdrawal for consumers is dealt with in that checkout.
| Plan | Servers | Members | Retention | Events / month | Export | Live tail |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | 2 | 3 days | 100,000 | No | Yes |
| Included | 50 | 100 | 90 days | 100,000,000 | Yes | Yes |
How the monthly allowance actually works
The monthly event and volume figures are allowances, not hard cut-offs. If you go over, we warn you in the dashboard and record it — we do not start throwing your logs away. There are separate per-second burst limits sized to your plan, which do reject traffic temporarily, and the API returns a clear 429 with a Retry-After header when they apply. Sustained overage may lead us to contact you about moving to a larger plan.
If a payment fails or you cancel
Paid features remain available for 14 days after your subscription stops being reported as paid, so a expired card does not cut you off immediately. After that, the organization moves to the Free plan's features and limits.
A downgrade never shortens the retention period under data you have already sent. Logs you were paying to keep continue to expire on the schedule of the plan that was active when they arrived. We are not going to delete 87 days of your logs because a card expired.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability and monitor the service, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee or service credits on any current plan. The free tier is provided as-is.
We may change or discontinue features. For a change that materially reduces a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice by email to the organization's owners.
8. Ending the agreement
- You can delete your organization at any time in Settings. Deletion runs after a 7-day grace period, during which you can cancel it. Once it runs, all servers, credentials, members and logs are permanently removed; only the audit record that the deletion happened is retained.
- You can delete your own user account in Settings, separately from any organization.
- We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of section 5, or where required by law. Except where a breach makes it impossible, we will contact you first.
- Deletion also propagates out of our encrypted backups as those rotate — see the Privacy Policy for the exact window.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for harm to health.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or for loss of data to the extent that loss results from you not keeping your own copy of anything you need beyond your plan's retention period.
Titan Logs deletes data on a schedule by design. It is not a backup or archival service, and you should not rely on it as the only copy of anything you need to keep.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Czech consumer law are unaffected by this section.
10. Governing law
Czech law applies, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
11. Changes to these terms
Each version of these terms is dated. When we change them materially, you will be asked to review and accept the new version the next time you sign in, and that acceptance is recorded with its version and timestamp. Continuing to use the service after accepting means the new version applies.
